Of course the answer is on Metrolink. There are three Metrolink lines with 11 stations conveniently located from Buena Park to San Clemente. OCTA's Metrolink rail service is your link to work and to all sorts of fun destinations. It’s part business and part pleasure all wrapped up in an easy traffic-free ride.

Best of all, traveling on Metrolink is easy, with more trains and expanded service. Here are some of the riding basics. We've also added some details on accessibility and safety.

Traveling by Metrolink is Easy 

	Use the system map to find the station you'll leave from and the station near your destination. Look for the name of the rail line that connects the two points.
	Go to the schedules page of the station you are leaving from and pick a departure time. Be sure to arrive at the station 15 minutes early so you don't miss your train. You can also use our online trip planner to plan a bus and rail trip.
	Purchase your ticket from the Ticket Vending Machines (TVM) – tickets are not sold on board. If you plan to take the train regularly, you should get a pass and save money. Visit our fares & passes section to see all the options available.
