When Does The Taxpayers Oversight Committee Meet?
The Taxpayers Oversight Committee (TOC) meets the second Tuesday of every other month beginning in February. The meetings take place at 6 p.m. at the OCTA offices – 600 S. Main Street in Orange.

Committee Findings
Each year, the TOC makes a finding on whether the OCTA is proceeding in accordance with the Measure M Ordinance. To date, the TOC has found OCTA has proceeded in accordance with the Ordinance for the past 18 years, since the beginning of implementation of Measure M.
