This project is designed to help cities fund the development of local transit services that compliment existing bus service and meet the needs of areas not fully served by current OCTA service. Currently, 22 concepts from 17 cities are being evaluated as part of the Step Two service planning effort for the Go Local bus/shuttle concepts. Projects being evaluated include:

• Shuttles
• Bus trolleys
• Other community based circulators

Project guidelines are currently being developed.
