This project is designed to help cities fund the development of local transit services that compliment existing bus service and meet the needs of areas not fully served by current OCTA service. Projects could include:

• Shuttles
• Bus trolleys
• Other community based circulators

Project guidelines are currently being developed and planned to be reviewed by the board spring 2009.
