Project Status

The city of San Juan Capistrano leads the I-5/Ortega Highway (SR-74) project.

The city has released a draft environmental analysis, which identifies five alternatives to improve the interchange, for review by the general public and public agencies. Public comments will be considered before a final design is selected.
