2012 Hearing Results
The TOC voted unanimously on January 30, 2012, to find that OCTA has been proceeding in accordance with the Measure M1 Ordinance No. 2 for the 21st year in a row, as well as the M2 Ordinance No. 3 for the fourth year in a row.
The Taxpayers Oversight Committee holds a Measure M Annual Public Hearing to review major committee actions taken, LTA financial audit results, and to listen to any public comments relating to the implementation of Measure M. The next hearing will take place in February 2013.
