Raymond Undercrossing

The City of Fullerton and the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) are constructing a vehicle undercrossing at the intersection of Raymond Avenue and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. The roadway will be lowered between Santa Fe Avenue to the north and Ash Avenue to the south.When completed, the project will move cars safely and smoothly under the railroad tracks, enhancing safety and boosting mobility.

During construction of the BNSF Railway bridge and the Valencia Drive roadway bridge, traffic is being directed to a temporary roadway that constructed west of the current Raymond Avenue.

Beginning May 6, 2015, access to Valencia Drive. east of Raymond Avenue. will be closed to motorists, pedestrians and cyclists. This closure will be in place for approximately 18 months. During this closure, a detour is in place via Kimberly Avenue. and Acacia Avenue. to access Valencia Drive.
