Start a new Vanpool!
If no Vanpool exists in your area, you can start a new one. OCTA works with vanpool companies to make vanpooling even more affordable. Apply, be accepted into the program, and OCTA will subsidize your vanpool up to $400 per month. Here's how to participate:
- Start with a group of 5 to 15 riders
- Commute to a work site in Orange County*
- Be open to accepting riders from neighboring employers
- Maintain minimum occupancy requirements
- Provide monthly ridership reports to OCTA
