At OCTA, we take rider and driver safety seriously. Our goal is to make your ride easy, comfortable and safe. The focus of our efforts revolves around a security force and coach operator training that provides the correct level of experience behind the wheel and behind the scenes. So when you see something that seems suspicious all you have to do is let us know and we’ll put the wheels in motion.
Three programs designed to make a difference

We have several programs that are designed to pinpoint key areas of concern and provide ways for you to let us know if you see something that seems suspicious ranging from the odd package left behind to somebody who could be a victim of human trafficking.

We also want our riders to ride prepared! While earthquakes, severe weather, and long power outages are highly unlikely, they can affect OC Bus service. Riding prepared means planning for the unexpected.

Human Trafficking
Most people have preconceived notions regarding human trafficking here in Orange County. However the reality may surprise you. This section helps dispel some of the myths attached to this growing problem, offers compelling victim stories, and provides tips on how to spot victims and what to do if you think one is traveling on your bus.
