Director Jeffrey Lalloway, re-elected to the Irvine City Council in November 2014, is a father, husband, attorney, businessman, and proud Irvine resident.

After graduating in 1986 with highest honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in political science, Director Lalloway attended Villanova University School of Law.  While at Villanova Law School, he was a member of the prestigious Law Review and was a recipient of the Law Alumni Award.  In 1989, he graduated from Villanova Law School at the top of his class.

After many years as an attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Director Lalloway moved his practice to Irvine and currently practices family law in Orange County.  His commentaries on financial and economic issues have been featured in magazines and newspapers including Time, People, USA Today, and the Daily Breeze. Prior to going into private practice, Director Lalloway worked in the Philadelphia office of the U.S. Attorney.

Director Lalloway and his wife Laura are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, Regan, age 11, and Sydney, a 7-year-old. Laura Lalloway is a Medical Science Liaison with a Fortune 500 medical and consumer products company.

In addition to serving on the OCTA Board of Directors, Director Lalloway is a member of the Board of Directors for the Orange County Fire Authority.  Previously, Director Lalloway served as Vice Director of the Irvine Finance Commission, the Orange County Sanitation District, the Orange County Housing Authority Advisory Committee, and the Newport Bay Watershed Advisory Executive Committee.

Director Lalloway is an active cyclist and raises funds and awareness for ALS, Lou Gehrig’s disease.  In his spare time, he coaches for his daughter’s softball team and enjoys sharing the Indian Princess experiences with his girls.
