The study effort, lead by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), is examining alternatives to reduce congestion along Newport Boulevard by identifying safer, faster and more efficient transportation solutions to get people to and from their destinations within Costa Mesa and Newport Beach with minimal delay.  The SR-55 Access Study is a part of OCTA’s strategic effort to keep Orange County moving over the next 25 years.

We invite you to check out this web site to learn more about the study, provide us with feedback, submit questions or concerns, and sign-up for the study mailing list.
